We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Reconnect Real Estate in South St. Louis City.
The ideal candidate will have relevant maintenance experience and be proficient in performing general make-ready and repair tasks, including wall repair, painting, and flooring installation. They will also be responsible for executing building repairs and maintenance for systems, replacing electrical fixtures, addressing plumbing leaks, and conducting roofing and gutter repairs.
The Multifamily Maintenance Specialist will work on various projects to improve the interior and exterior cosmetics and systems of our properties. These tasks will include grass cutting, landscaping, and general upkeep, as well as property cleanouts and minor HVAC repairs.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent documentation skills, using before/after photos and detailed notes to document completed work orders.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. The role requires a reliable vehicle, basic tools, and a smartphone capable of running company applications. Travel between offices, material suppliers, and properties is expected.
