Qualifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of trial attorney experience, focusing on personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team of attorneys.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and oversee all trial preparation phases.
  • Strong litigation skills across all litigation process stages.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable settlements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • High professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and inspire a team.
