LPN Role at BRIA Nursing Home

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA nursing home. Our LPNs provide direct care to residents, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and train nursing assistants to ensure effective support for residents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A valid, current nursing license in Illinois is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care is essential.
- A competitive hourly wage range of $32-$37 per hour.

Please note that the hourly wage range of $32-$37 applies to a 32-37 hour workweek. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $66,944 - $76,568 based on a 40-hour workweek.
