Job Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Management team with register operations, ensuring accurate handling of cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods to maintain transaction security.
- Collaborate with the Retail Management team to uphold customer service standards, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and providing an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking merchandise and organizing clothing displays to maximize shopping opportunities for customers.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficient command of the English language.
- Commitment to the mission and values of KARM Stores.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and web navigation.
- Able to follow diverse instructions and objectives, whether provided verbally or in writing.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the workday.
- Capability to lift and bend frequently throughout the workday.
- Moderate to heavy physical activity is required; the ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
Compensation: $12-$14 per hour
