We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Assistant to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and consistent environment for students, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional strategies and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
- Assist in devising strategies to reinforce skills and positive behaviors, and participate in planned activities with students.
- Provide personal care and support to students, including toileting, showering, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
- Accompany and assist children throughout daily activities, monitoring and collecting data on student progress.
- Support students across various school settings, participating in training and meetings as required.
- Must be 18 or older (21+ preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors/Associates Degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
