About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Assistant to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and consistent environment for students, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional strategies and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
  • Assist in devising strategies to reinforce skills and positive behaviors, and participate in planned activities with students.
  • Provide personal care and support to students, including toileting, showering, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
  • Accompany and assist children throughout daily activities, monitoring and collecting data on student progress.
  • Support students across various school settings, participating in training and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older (21+ preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelors/Associates Degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
