About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our Commercial & Technology Transactions practice at JBA International. As a key member of our team, you will support a wide variety of complex transactions and arrangements for a wide range of industries, with a significant focus on financial service industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of commercial and technology transactions, including vendor procurement and outsourcing matters, payment processing arrangements, financial service technology and operations agreements, and financial back office activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide practical advice on complex transactions.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of transactional experience, preferably with significant experience in vendor procurement and outsourcing matters, payment processing arrangements, financial service technology and operations agreements, and financial back office activities.
  • Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide practical advice and work effectively in a team environment.
