TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial roofing. A brief project portfolio would be advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily labor requirements of your team
  • Lead a crew of 3-6 personnel, including 1 foreman and laborers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations among team members
  • Drivers must maintain a clean driving record and will receive a company vehicle along with a gas card
  • Provide assistance to the team with various tasks as necessary
  • Conduct all operations in line with established policies and protocols
  • Uphold and promote the core values of the organization
  • Perform additional duties as required


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities - take initiative, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with the team
  • Collaborative team member - willing to engage in various tasks, regardless of the nature


Experience and Educational Background:

  • Previous experience in roofing or roles involving fall protection is preferred
  • Background in construction is desirable
  • Candidates must possess appropriate footwear for job sites

This role includes a Company Vehicle, Gas Card, Computer, Phone, Benefits, and a matching 401K plan.


Work Schedule and Travel Expectations:

The standard work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with potential for evening, weekend, and holiday hours as necessary to fulfill business requirements. Local travel during business hours is typical, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel anticipated.
