Job Title: Caregiver/ Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/ Home Health Aide to join our team at Serenity Care Resources in Delaware County.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver/ Home Health Aide will provide non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a caring attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
