Job Overview: Kidology Inc. is looking for a skilled Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with developmental delays and special needs.

The Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Provide individualized care to patients
  • Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
  • Monitor patient health and report any changes

Requirements: High school degree or equivalent, previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, compassionate and attentive to patient needs. For ABA cases, need to complete 1 hour training before starting.
