Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated full-time Injection Molding Production Specialists to join our team. Candidates will be trained in our state-of-the-art facility, and prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with overtime pay applicable for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Employees are compensated on a weekly basis.

Work Schedule

All candidates must be available for a standard 40-hour work week, with the possibility of overtime, including weekends when necessary. A shift premium of 8% is offered for those working the 2nd shift (2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.) and 3rd shift (10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.).

Key Responsibilities

Team members are expected to collaborate effectively to fulfill all responsibilities during their shifts. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating injection molding machinery
  • Interpreting and adhering to all operational instructions
  • Conducting quality inspections of produced parts
  • Performing trimming or assembly tasks as required
  • Completing necessary production documentation
  • Labeling all products or packaging for shipment
  • Meeting or exceeding established production targets
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area
  • Following all safety protocols
  • Adhering to scheduled working hours
  • Exhibiting regular and reliable attendance
Work Environment

Candidates should be prepared to work in a manufacturing setting that may involve exposure to loud machinery, oils, lubricants, cleaning agents, power tools, and high-traffic areas. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, as well as standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
