Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at PRIDE Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam rooms, treatment areas, and supplies to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
  • Take vital signs, record medical information, and maintain accurate patient charts.
  • Operate medical equipment, including EKG, PFT, Audiometry, and other devices as needed.
  • Perform lab testing, such as UDS, BAT, and Phlebotomy, under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (NHA, NCCT, AAMA, AMT, AMCA, NAHP) and BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
