Job Title: Call Center Representative

Reiter, Hill & Johnson, a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology practice, is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Appointments: Utilize computerized scheduling systems to schedule appointments for patients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Handle Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient calls, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in EMR systems, computerized scheduling, and registration systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
