Key Responsibilities
  • Manage labor and food costs within budget guidelines
  • Maintain a minimum 90% health department rating
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures for the food service department
  • Supervise and train staff to meet minimum staffing requirements
  • Coordinate and manage special events and catering services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service management, or related field preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in food service management, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of success in managing labor and food costs, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards, as well as food service equipment operation
Work Environment

This position requires standing for long periods of time, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
