About the Role

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as a Physical Therapist, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to optimize treatment plans
  • Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly
  • Transport patients as needed, maintaining a safe and efficient environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, transport equipment (up to 50-100 pounds), push, pull, and bend as required.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $85,000-$105,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
