Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is sought for a prominent non-profit healthcare organization.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in non-profit healthcare finance, as well as expertise in auditing and accounting practices. Familiarity with HRSA grants is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $115,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Proven experience in non-profit healthcare and HRSA grants is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- Experience in Grants Management and Auditing is necessary.
- Preferred experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Previous senior or director-level role with supervisory responsibilities is required.
- CPA credentials are preferred.
