Job Overview

The Screening Operator is responsible for transforming raw materials into semi-finished electronic components through a series of precise operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Interprets work orders, formulas, and processing charts, while also receiving verbal instructions to ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintains cleanliness in the clean-room by performing necessary machine cleaning prior to operations, adhering to all established protocols.
  • Sets up, programs, and operates the Microtec printer, soft-press, and other specialized equipment within the clean-room environment.
  • Conducts inspections, measurements, and tests on components to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Counts and categorizes processed components to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keeps detailed manual or computerized records of production and inspection data for quality assurance.
