Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with Land Development experience to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and production of civil engineering construction documents and conceptual site plans
  • Develop and implement civil utility and site design solutions, including water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and storm water management
  • Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, project teams, contractors, and owners to ensure project success
  • Work closely with project teams to develop and implement site grading plans, earthworks calculations, and sediment/erosion control design/permitting
Requirements
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to improve project outcomes and community impact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering-in-Training (EI) on path to Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • Experience with storm drain, sanitary sewer, water distribution networks, and site grading
