Job Title: HVAC Superintendent

As a seasoned HVAC Superintendent with gpac, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project schedules, managing on-site tradesmen, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and regularly update project schedules and associated reporting
  • Effectively manage and lead on-site tradesmen
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment and practices

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • HVAC Geothermal experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong leadership qualities
