The Opportunity:

Overwatch is collaborating with multiple clients in Reno, NV, and we are seeking skilled construction professionals with data center experience to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of data center construction experience for the following positions:

  • Senior Project Manager
  • General Superintendent
  • Project Controls
  • Fit-Out Project Manager

Senior Project Manager

  • Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with data center design and operational requirements.

General Superintendent

  • Experience with site development processes, including land clearing, grading, and infrastructure installation.
  • Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple aspects of the project from inception to completion.
  • Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Experience in managing materials, equipment, and labor efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Project Controls

  • Expertise in project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Fit-Out Project Manager

  • Experience with fit-out construction specific to data centers.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in data center environments.

*These roles require being on-site full time in Reno, NV. Overwatch provides relocation support for those joining our team.
