ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for:
- Following the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collecting and analyzing healthcare consumer data, including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
- Setting measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals, collaborating with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team
- Implementing and modifying the plan of care, using assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice
- Documenting all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer's record
- Maintaining a safe work environment and fostering a collaborative environment in support of the nursing profession
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an RN nursing program
- Hold active RN licensure in the State of Iowa or be part of the nurse licensure compact
- Have basic life support certification
- Obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire
