About the Role
As a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and safety for our patients. You will adhere to all established procedures and regulations while ensuring the highest standards of laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve departmental issues or complaints from physicians, patients, and nursing staff.
- Conduct clinical laboratory testing across designated areas and review daily reports.
- Monitor monthly quality control for your section, documenting variances and explaining any outliers.
- Ensure major automated equipment is operational through regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain adequate supply levels for your assigned section.
- Participate in laboratory testing as needed and assist in bi-annual inspections.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution.
- ASCP certification is required.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred.
