About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Planning Director to lead our demand planning efforts across multiple brands. This is a critical leadership role that will report to the VP of Distribution and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of demand analysts in planning efforts across all brands.
  • Coordinate and facilitate S&OP meetings, deliverables, and structure to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust planning KPIs to manage inventory levels and accommodate rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure forecasts and production plans are aligned.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to keep the planning function cutting-edge.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing planning team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply and demand planning in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, DOMO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and best practices.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
