- Conducting tests and monitoring machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety

- Diagnosing machinery issues to rectify malfunctions
- Collecting data and generating reports to evaluate the efficiency of manufacturing practices
- Formulating action plans to achieve project milestones
- Analyzing product designs to determine the most effective manufacturing methods
- Leading the design, development, and enhancement of production processes
- Offering technical support for specific operational functions
- Assessing feedback from internal and external stakeholders to better understand their requirements
- Staying updated on the latest product advancements and trends in relevant fields
- Proactively identifying new learning opportunities and engaging in professional development
- Supporting the acquisition and installation of new machinery
- Reviewing costs associated with processes and equipment.

This position also includes providing technical guidance and training for designated plant operations.

Requirements:
- BS Degree in Engineering
