Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our dynamic team at Omega Liner Company, Inc. This is a temporary position, ideal for recent high school graduates or college students looking for summer work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and follow all manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
  • Work safely and report any safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow quality procedures to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Be willing to cross-train in other areas and participate in required trainings.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of common hand tools and manufacturing processes.
  • Able to read a tape measure and possess basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and self-manage.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. independently.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled.
  • Bending, standing, walking, moving arms or shoulders, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
  • Must be able to hear forklift horns to maintain a safe working environment.
Salary and Benefits

$20 per hour
