Lead Nurse for Family Care

NMC Health is actively looking for a committed and skilled Lead Nurse to become part of our Family Care Unit. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive care and support to mothers, newborns, and infants throughout the labor and delivery journey, as well as during recovery and postpartum periods. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will be essential in evaluating patient and family requirements, coordinating care efforts, and overseeing nursing staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Prior experience in a leadership role as a Charge Nurse is preferred
Licensure, Registration, and Certification:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Current certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
- Certifications in NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring are advantageous
