Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to our clients, performing repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and overseeing sub-contractor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
  • Minor HVAC PMs; replacing filters according to PM schedule.
  • Replace door locks and hardware.
  • Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Oversee sub-contractor activity.
  • Building audits and PMs.
  • Small project work.
  • Utilize CMMS work order system.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude.
  • 3+ years of general maintenance craft experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CMMS system.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Personal hand tools a plus.
  • Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug test prior to starting.
