Licensed Mental Health Professional

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Oak Harbor. As a key member of our Behavioral Health program, you will provide essential services to adult outpatient treatment clients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based practices and support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment and treatment to clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with community agencies, schools, hospitals, and other programs to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Deliver direct clinical services, including intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Consult with clinical staff and medication management services to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including involuntary treatment admission and least restrictive order services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or further advanced degree in counseling or a related field.
- 2 years of mental health experience, with consideration given to newly licensed professionals.
- Independent licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) and a Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $31.50 - $36.52, depending on experience.
