**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Overview**

This is a unique opportunity to join Uvalde Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with patients and their families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
**Requirements**
  • Certifications: Current Texas Registered Nurse License, BLS for healthcare professionals, TNCC, ACLS & PALS (or ENPC)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in electronic medical records systems
