Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field preferred.
