About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Delivery Driver to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering products in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to TBC policies and DOT regulations.
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Understand and adhere to hours of service requirements, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable, adhering to company COD policy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our People-Focused values.
  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed.
Requirements
  • Safety 1st mentality, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • 1+ years of experience in box truck delivery or a related field, with a clean MVR and no at-fault accidents.
  • Current driver's license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively, with occasional lifting of more than 50lbs.
  • Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
