Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Trainee to become a part of our corporate marketing division. This opportunity is perfect for individuals currently studying or who have recently graduated and are keen to acquire practical experience in the marketing sector. The Marketing Trainee will engage in a range of activities, from managing digital and social media to providing administrative assistance, serving as a crucial asset within our team. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, adaptable to various time zones, and proficient with digital tools and platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and oversight of content for digital and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Assist in executing email marketing initiatives, including content generation, list management, and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize Canva to create marketing materials such as social media visuals, email layouts, and presentations.
  • Provide organizational support to the marketing team, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and maintaining marketing schedules.
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help prepare marketing reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure timely project completion.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support overall marketing objectives.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic design principles.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and capable of working across various time zones.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
