Job Description:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project and construction managers, interior and architectural designers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and permits necessary for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Assist in promptly addressing and resolving project-related issues or conflicts.
  • Maintain organized project files and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
  • An understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
