About the Job

We are looking for a skilled pharmaceutical packaging specialist to join our team at Global Life Science Hub. As a packaging specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the packaging team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the packaging team, including task assignments, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Equipment Operation: Ensure the proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment, including blister packaging machines, bottling lines, and labeling systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including FDA and EU requirements.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve packaging batch records and other related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or operations management.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations within a cGMP environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes, including equipment operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with packaging regulations and guidelines.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
