We are seeking experienced and self-motivated technicians with a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, particularly in trades such as carpentry. This position requires the ability to work independently for the majority of the time.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of repairs and remodeling tasks, including but not limited to door and window installations, vinyl siding repairs, and roof maintenance.
- Execute interior installations such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, sinks, garbage disposals, tile backsplashes, and flooring.
- Demonstrate proficiency in drywall repair and kitchen & bath caulking.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope and cost estimates.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary tools and equipment.
- Handle payment collection for services rendered.
- Maintain company vehicle and tools in excellent working condition.
- Complete necessary documentation, including invoices and daily reports.
- Participate in cross-training for related roles as needed.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in home maintenance, repair, and remodeling.
- Strong background in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Possession of personal tools suitable for various job types.
- Ability to navigate tablet-based technology.
- Team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
