Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct servicing of fire alarm systems and related technologies
  • Ensure service quality meets established standards
  • Provide on-site emergency diagnostics and repairs for fire alarm systems
  • Prepare detailed and timely service documentation and reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Collaborate effectively with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in the fire safety or security industry is essential
  • Ability to operate independently while servicing fire alarm systems
  • Outstanding customer service skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and personable
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish speaking is advantageous
