We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Solutions Specialist to join our team at Lee Company. This role involves selling commercial facility services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in business or engineering, with at least three years of progressive field sales experience in the industrial/commercial HVAC industry.


About the Role:
  • Sell commercial facility services, focusing on the value proposition and achieving profitable growth.
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to provide technical solutions and operational expertise.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar service or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and client relations.
