We're looking for a highly skilled Facilities Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area.

Your primary goal will be to sell our value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach and provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales process to achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to capture market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar services or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and client relations.
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
