Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Sharp HealthCare. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with audiological disorders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with audiological disorders, utilizing current standards of professional practice for diagnostic, rehabilitation, and prevention.
  • Consult with physicians, providers, and audiology peers regarding patient evaluations and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment by accepting interpersonal differences and respecting others' values and opinions.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records, following policies and procedures for completing all department documentation.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Audiology (if graduated prior to 01/2008) or Doctoral Degree in Audiology (if graduated after 01/2008).
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) certification.
  • Audiologist licensure in the state of California.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
