Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and direct daily tasks for production team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train new team members on production expectations and processes, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure only the best products reach the floor.
  • Track and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Participate in production processes as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive donor and shopper experience.
  • Communicate effectively with store management, providing updates on incidents and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of relevant experience in retail sales production and/or thrift store management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Basic computer skills, including payroll programs and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
