Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to operate all HDH snowmaking equipment and maintain a high-quality snow surface. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic troubleshooting abilities, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate all HDH snowmaking equipment to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a high-quality snow surface through regular inspections and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental HDH Snow Surface Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in daily operations of the snow surface department and contribute to establishing standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide assistance to guests and fellow employees as needed, while maintaining a friendly, congenial, and helpful attitude.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring prompt and effective support throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers and other departments as required to deliver exceptional results.
• Assist with special events and large groups, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Report any injuries or near-misses to the Manager on Duty immediately and complete all necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• MVR in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift weights of 25+ pounds regularly and navigate challenging terrain with equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of LOTO awareness & confined space entry.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits
