Pool Concierge

Join our team at TB ISLE RESORT LP as a Pool Concierge, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, verifying membership type and ensuring they receive appropriate amenities.
• Sell waterpark tickets to guests, members, and visitors, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist pool attendants with monitoring and maintaining the pool area, ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Ensure guests and members receive the highest level of quality, prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

• Professional demeanor and presentation, suitable for a luxury environment.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Recreation, or equivalent preferred.
• Outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working with people of all ages.
• Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by guests, members, and staff.
• First Aid and CPR - Basic Rescuer an asset.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to be outdoors for long periods of time.
• Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.
• Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
