Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working closely with financial advisors, and ensuring seamless execution of client transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing white glove client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and educational seminars.
  • Maintain client records and files following regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with custodian partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
  • Help prepare client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Monitor and track client-related tasks and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Finance industry
  • Certified notary (or willing to become one)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
