Outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist

The Outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) role at MEDSTAR HEALTH offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement and a focus on employee wellbeing.
This position involves providing specialized care for patients in Phase 2 Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, ensuring compliance with AACVPR requirements. The RN will be responsible for the assessment, direction, and supervision of participants in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess participants' needs and develop individualized plans to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Supervise and direct participants during Cardiopulmonary Rehab sessions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with AACVPR requirements through process improvement initiatives
