Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description: As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. You will assess patient needs, set goals, and provide targeted interventions to improve communication, cognition, and overall quality of life.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is an asset.
