Job Summary

As a Network Engineer II at Computer Services Incorporated, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and upgrade their network infrastructure. This involves collaborating with customers to resolve network-related issues, planning and evaluating new and existing network systems, and ensuring the integrity and compliance of network configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Oversee the engineering and installation of network infrastructure changes, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Participate in network design, planning, and site/data center surveys to meet future business needs.
  • Monitor internal and external network infrastructure to ensure security and integrity.
  • Respond to incidents and maintain CSI's network security policies and procedures.

Primary Results Accountable for Achieving
  • Successful implementation of network design and objectives.
  • Timely completion of incident tickets and tasks.
  • Protection of customer data integrity.
  • Adherence to CSI's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university or equivalent training in relevant technology.
  • CCNA certification at a minimum, with CCNP preferred.
  • Advanced level experience in relevant technical fields, with a minimum of three years of successful work experience.

Required Skills
  • Advanced IT knowledge, including security clearance, firewalls, routers, switches, and network security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Project management and leadership skills.

This position requires regular contact with customers and internal teams.
