Job Description:

Clinical Training Unit Lead RN

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for ED staff, providing hands-on mentorship in clinical settings, evaluating staff competencies, and staying updated on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective training programs for ED nurses.
  • Provide individualized mentorship and coaching to new ED nurses.
  • Assess staff competencies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current on best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ED nursing with leadership or teaching roles.
  • Current certifications in NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and experience.
