Job Title: Clinical Training Unit Lead RN

Location: NJ (Multiple Locations - Hiring for Travel RNs)

Hours per Week: 36.00 hours

Shift: Flexible scheduling

Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for training and mentoring new ED nurses to ensure they acquire the necessary skills for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for ED staff.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship in clinical settings.
  • Evaluate staff competencies and recommend additional training as needed.
  • Stay updated on best practices to incorporate into training modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of ED nursing with leadership or teaching roles.
  • Certifications: NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Certified Nurse Educator (CNE).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and experience.
