Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
- Execute dimensional inspections on components throughout the production process.
- Conduct capability studies on components as required.
- Design and modify measurement plans.
- Uphold lean methodologies for the enhancement of CMM programming.
- Perform audits and updates for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure the effective operation of measurement plans.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in CMM programming and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficient in utilizing measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with machined or cast components is advantageous.
