Value-Based Purchasing Lead

About the Role:
The Value-Based Purchasing Lead will be responsible for implementing clinical quality programs to drive Total Performance Score in Quality Reporting Programs. This role will involve strategic management of integration of CMS Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model into CenterWell Home Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate data to be reported as part of the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (QRP), including ongoing monitoring of supporting claims-based, HHCAHPS, and OASIS metrics.
- Regularly monitor regulatory updates impacting VBP, including changes in measures for Total Performance Scores, updates to reimbursement via HHRG and PDGM, updates to COPs, etc.
- Design interventions with VBP in mind, in collaboration with the clinical quality team.
- Interface with clinical teams to educate them on new regulations and metrics, as well as related standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Clinical licensure: Nursing & Therapy
- Home health quality management experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables, and summarizing data into reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
