Job Opportunity: Associate Lecturer in Sociology

The Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at Curry College is seeking a part-time Associate Lecturer to teach in our undergraduate day program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses related to Race and Ethnicity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Sociology, with a focus on Race and Ethnicity
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Sociology or a related field
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
